Refund policy

        We try to stay as accurate to the original colors as possible with pictures.However due to the different screen calibrations and photography, colors may vary slightly from the picture.

         As all our products are made of cotton and in loom, colour variations and thread pullouts are common

         Refund or replacement are possible only for readymade products only when u receive 

           1. Wrong products.

           2. Wrong size.

           3. Manufacturing damages.

         Discounted products are not eligible for return and replacement.

         Customised products are not eligible for return and replacement.

         Products with slight change in colours are not eligible for return and replacement.

            If you have received a wrong product, wrong size or a product with manufacturing defect please intimate us @ thehomedresser.in@gmail.com  or whatsapp us at 9342759030. within 24 hours of receiving the package with the proper photo proof. We will assess the issue and get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.

           If you have received a wrong product, wrong size or a product with manufacturing defect, the product has to be packed and  couriered by the customer in unused condition. Upon receipt and checks by our teams, we will replace it with the right product. The courier charges will be beared by us only for the approved return products by our team.

           We will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in return Policies.
